Abstract: Listening is one of the most important skills needed in mastering English. Teachers and lecturers should be creative in case of enhancing their students’ listening skill. In this digital era, there are many kinds of media that could assist teachers and lecturers teaching listening. One of the media that could be used in improving students’ listening skill is Text to Speech (TTS) application namely “My Voice”.  The researchers conducted the research to improve students’ literal listening skill through this application. The respondents in this research were the first semester students in English Educational Department, Language and Art Faculty, PGRI University of Banyuwangi. The design of this research was Classroom Action Research (CAR). This study was conducted in two cycles, the first cycles was conducted on September 14th to October 9th, 2020, and the second was on October 12st to November 6th, 2020. The researchers determined that the criteria of success was 80% of the students had the average score up to 71 (categorized as good). The data were classified into qualitative and quantitative data. The qualitative data were taken from observation sheet, field note, and students’ response sheet. Meanwhile, the quantitative data were taken from the result of listening test. The test was multiple choice test. In the second cycle, the researchers revised some parts of listening method in post-listening stage. The result on the second cycle met the criteria of success because 28 students (82 % of the students) got 75 for the average score (categorized as good).
