ABSTRACT
This article discusses about the functions of English Language Teaching in improving Intercultural Communication and the importance to teach culture. Finally, it describes on how to develop the English language learners’ intercultural communication competence in English Language Teaching. It gives suggestions to reach the goals of English Language Teaching.
